"Where there is a church, there should be a charity, a school and a training center . The primary objective of our church is to propagate the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ, to help empowering communities through education and job training and to foster hope in our broken society." Luke 6:20-21. Blessed are you who are poor, for yours in the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you shall be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh.

Welcome to the the First Congregational Church of Boston, Home of the United Christian Fellowship Urban Ministries

On behalf of the Ministers, Deacons and Deaconesses and our family of faith, I welcome you to the United Christians Fellowship Urban Ministries' web site. Our mission is to fulfill the social mission of our Holy church. As we celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ and profoundly believe in His power to save souls and change lives, we are asking you  to join us with the will, courage

and opportunities to comfort the afflicted, to assist the poor, to fight for the freedom and liberty of the oppressed, to seek justice on behalf of prisoners and those who are persecuted and to advocate for the right of refugees.  The ministry is seeking to be a light of hope in the community, enlightening the path of all children of the Lord in their journey. I am blessed that the Lord has given me the opportunity to serve you and I hope that you take advantage of all the blessings that the Lord will pour in our community because of our faith in His holy name. This website will inform you about the worship life of our faith community and our ministries. We will also inform you about our social and educative opportunities available to all residents of the communities that we serve. If you were looking for a place to worship the Lord, to fulfill the social mission of the universal church of Jesus Christ and experience the power of the Holy Spirit, we would love to have you join our ministry.

Yours in Christ,

Rev. Jacques Dady Jean
